The International School of Charlottesville, formerly known as La petite école, has been dedicated to language immersion education serving the greater Charlottesville community since 1998.
We offer French or Spanish language immersion preschool through kindergarten programs. Our multi-age classrooms foster a warm, nurturing environment for children ranging from 2¾ (33 months) to 6 years of age.
In the fall of 2006, we also started a Toddler Class for children ages 2 to 3.
Best of all, previous exposure to a foreign language is not required for any of our programs!
It is our hope that this site provides you with the necessary information about our school to help you in choosing your children's education. As our school is growing rapidly, changes are rapidly occurring. We welcome your questions and inquiries, and want to know who you are and how we can help. We invite you to email, call, or visit the school and come to our open houses to personally meet our staff. |
